HELLO!
I am a NYC-based pianist, keyboardist, composer, and arranger from Singapore. To me, music is more than a career or hobby — it is a way of life.
I began piano lessons at the age of three and am formally trained in classical, improvisational, and jazz piano. I hold ABRSM Grade 8 certifications in both Music Theory and Piano.
I worked as a medical doctor in Singapore but moved to NYC to fully pursue my passion for music. I have a versatile background spanning multiple musical styles including classical, jazz, pop and worship music. I have taught piano and music theory to private students, at Berklee NYC, and led keyboard workshops in church settings.
I hold a Master’s degree from Berklee NYC College. In 2022, I was a Regional Finalist (Singapore and Southeast Asia) in the Pearl River Digital Piano International Certification, earning 1st Runner-Up and a Certificate of Distinction. I have extensive experience performing internationally, including in China, the US, Europe, and Singapore.
